Where they were
Galvier sells premium shapewear, bodysuits and dresses across Europe, with a strong paid social foundation. They wanted to scale UGC and build a real TikTok influencer program, but marketplace platforms were expensive, content quality was inconsistent, and nothing was Spark-ready.
What I decided
A UGC-first program built for efficiency instead of platform fees. We recruited European nano and micro creators directly, selected on engagement and content quality, and ran gifted collaborations that averaged around €25 per content asset. Usage rights and Spark codes were secured upfront in every agreement, so the paid team could amplify anything that worked without reshoots or renegotiation. Clear performance benchmarks decided which creators moved on to paid deals.
What happened
100 creators activated in 100 days, delivering try-ons, reviews and unboxings tuned for TikTok hooks. 15.68 million views and over 165,000 engagements in four months, with a library of Spark-ready creative behind it. More useful than any single number: the brand now has a repeatable creator engine it can keep running.
“I've been working with Sharksfluence for almost a year now, and the experience has been very solid. Usama and his team have played a big role in helping us build and scale our brand from the ground up. They've supported us across the full influencer process, from finding the right creators and handling outreach and negotiations, to making sure creatives are delivered and ready to use for ads and organic content. What stands out is their reliability and follow-through; things don't get dropped, and communication is clear and timely. If you're looking for a team that understands influencer marketing and actually helps you execute, Sharksfluence is a strong partner.”
